I hope this day finds you well and I thank you for visiting. If you are visiting for the first
time, you are probably interested to learn about what I do.
I work in two areas that I believe are integrally related, though perhaps not obvious at
first glance. In the first area, I am an Intercultural Strategist and Coach and in the
second area, I am a Dream Architect.
Much is in transition. The US and global workforce are in dynamic change; the locus of
global economic power is shifting; professionals around the world are working differently
and many are demanding greater fulfillment in their work.
In a true global economy, organizations who honor the different cultures that make up
their employees, suppliers and customers will be the ones who thrive. When individuals
feel their deeply held values are dignified and recognized, their is a fire in their creativity
and a commitment toward results. Organizations have the opportunity to build a shared
culture in the workplace that maximizes creativity, innovation and productivity. This is
where my work as an Intercultural Strategist and Coach comes in.
Future growth opportunities for companies will come from innovative creativity that stems
from motivated professionals. As professionals become globally mobile, organizations
must not only be able to recruit the best talent, but honor their employees' deepest
values and needs in order to maximize commitment, creativity and innovation. This is
where my work as a Dream Architect comes in for individuals and organizations.
