Each one of us has a dream, each organization started out with a dream - but sometimes living
the everyday hustle, trying to meet the short term goals, muddles the vision of the dream. We
know when we feel bliss and are at ease, when we do our best work and live our best life.

But uncovering or redefining the dream, the passions, the purpose and meaning takes
commitment, patience and a willingness to see and do things differently. It's simple and
difficult.

The process is that of the classic hero's journey, of opening awareness, going into the
unknown, rediscovering passion and purpose and experimenting with a relaunch of the new

The process is similar for individuals and for organizations. As organizations are more
complex in its complement of people, departments and definition of purpose, the process
requires more time for understanding, aligning and buy-in.
