About Judy Shen-Filerman

Judy Shen-Filerman has had an expansive 18-year career as a business line manager,
entrepreneur and consultant.   After receiving her bachelor’s degree and MBA from Harvard,
Judy held key management positions in brand marketing and new product development at
Procter and Gamble, Campbell Soup Asia and Polaroid, where Judy was Vice President of
Marketing for their $500 million US Professional and Business Division.

Since 2001, Judy has evolved her professional focus, becoming an executive coach,
organizational consultant and workshop leader.  In these roles, Judy has leveraged her
business expertise with her immigrant, cross-cultural and bi-lingual experience to work with
individuals, organizations and universities to enable multi-cultural persons to maximize their
success in the US Business Culture.  As the global economy shifts its locus and as the global
workforce evolves dynamically, Judy seeks to enable organizations to create a “Shared
Culture”, where the best of different cultures are honored.  As this is done, Judy believes the
most creative and innovative work will take place and win-win outcomes can be realized, for
individuals and organizations.

Since 2001, Judy has also engaged her passion for creating new possibilities by working with
people and organizations to express and realize their dreams, coining a new term for herself
as a “Dream Architect”.   Her work combines her respect for processes with her knowing of
the power of intuition and presence.

In her work to create shared cultures and her work as a dream architect, Judy integrates her
strong analytical and business management experience with her passion to create new
possibilities that bring out the best in all of us.
